Step 1 Thoroughly cleanse the face. 
Step 2: Apply 7 Element Serum using ten to fifteen drops applied directly on the face. Then allow to dry. Some skin types may feel a little tingle, which is normal.
Follow with your favorite moisturizer, and always finish with SPF!
